Key Information and Usage
With the HVAC-R Robot, we can perform robotic inspection and cleaning inside ventilation ducts, shafts and pipes. Depending on the assignment, the robot can be equipped with tools for visual inspection, brush cleaning, compressed air cleaning, vacuuming, dry ice blasting and other methods adapted to the task.
This is especially useful where access is limited, where dismantling should be avoided, or where our customer needs better documentation of the system’s internal condition.
The HVAC-R Robot can be used inside ventilation ducts, shafts, industrial pipes and other technical passages where there is sufficient space and access.
Typical assignments include visual inspection, removal of dust and deposits, cleaning after contamination, condition control and preparation for further maintenance work.
The correct robot setup is selected based on the system’s dimensions, geometry and access conditions. JettyRobot S is designed for pipe diameters from 200–540 mm, while JettyRobot 6 is designed for larger dimensions from 350–1350 mm with extensions.
Every assignment must be assessed based on the actual duct or pipe size, bends, vertical sections, access points and required cleaning method.
Depending on the assignment, the robot can be equipped with different tools and cleaning methods, including brush cleaning, compressed air cleaning, vacuuming, dry ice blasting and high-pressure water jetting.
The method is chosen based on the type of deposit, duct or pipe material, access conditions and the required cleaning result.
Ventilation Ducts
Robotic inspection and cleaning of ventilation ducts where dust, deposits or contamination may affect operation, air quality or maintenance needs.
Shafts and Technical Passages
Suitable for technical passages where internal surfaces need to be inspected or cleaned without extensive dismantling.
Industrial Pipes
Robotic work inside pipes and ducts for inspection, cleaning and maintenance where size, access and method make the solution practical.
Kitchen Exhaust and Extract Ducts
Inspection and cleaning of exhaust ducts where grease, dust or other deposits can affect safety, hygiene and operation.
Documentation and Condition Control
Internal visual control provides a better basis for planning maintenance, cleaning and further technical measures.
